These are EXACTLY as expected and as described and I am very very happy!! There are a number of different flashing settings and I'll try them all out over time. Shipping time to New Zealand was amazingly fast. The only issue? They can tangle easily while unrolling and putting them up, so use care. Yes, it was annoying, but is completely expected.
